Energy Efficiency Advice & Education

Running a successful energy saving campaign at school can save money and encourage pupils to take responsibility for their energy use. Energy issues can easily be integrated into all areas of the curriculum, reflecting how energy is a part of all human activity.

We can offer the following to schools:

A staff training session on climate change, the background to energy education, and help with integrating energy issues into the curriculum

An introduction to energy � a session for a primary school class which could be the start of a class energy project or a whole school energy campaign.

Help with involving all members of the school community

Help with forming and maintaining an energy team of staff and pupils

Materials for use in teaching about energy, and for pupils to survey their homes and advise their families

Help with monitoring the energy saving campaign
